# Export Responses
Good job on publishing your form! In this section, learn how to export your responses to a CSV format.

### Text Tutorial: Export Responses
You may specify which recipients can receive in the settings.
To export your results as a CSV, see below.
**Step 1: View responses**
To view storage mode responses, click the **results** tab.
**Step 2: Enter or upload your secret key and click "Unlock responses".**
**Step 3: View responses**
You will now be able to see all your responses in the results page. If you would like to see individual responses, you may click on the Reference ID.
Note: 'Workflow status' and 'Pending response' at will be empty if there's no [workflow](/user-guides/advanced-guide/workflows.md) enabled on this form.
Clicking on arrow buttons allows you to see other responses in order of submission time.
**Step 4: Export responses**
To export, click on the download button. You may also use the date selector to filter responses within a timeframe, before exporting.
