We are [simplifying form set up](/faq/faq/simplified-form-set-up.md) and bringing the workflow feature to all forms by default. {% endhint %} ### Why add workflows? 1. Customise your workflows * Use a **workflow builder** to **assign fields** that each respondent are allowed to fill at each step. * Enable **respondent** **approvals** to determine whether an existing workflow should continue 2. Save time to collect data from multiple respondents. * **Automatic routing** to the next respondent in sequence. 3.
