Adding workflows to your forms lets multiple people fill in and/or approve the form in sequence.

Forms with workflows was previously known as Multi-respondent forms. We are simplifying form modes and bringing the workflow feature to all forms by default.

Why add workflows?

1. Customise your workflows

   • Use a workflow builder to assign fields that each respondent are allowed to fill at each step.

   • Enable respondent approvals to determine whether an existing workflow should continue

2. Save time to collect data from multiple respondents.

   • Automatic routing to the next respondent in sequence.

3. Export collated responses securely

   • Responses from different respondents can be exported from one database with secret key.
