What data classification level does MRF support?

All FormSG forms support up to Confidential (Cloud-Eligible) and Sensitive (High) data.

I can't see the workflow builder in my form.

Make sure you selected "Multi-respondent form" mode when creating the form. "Storage mode" forms do not have a workflow builder.

What is the maximum number of steps I can include in one MRF approval flow?

There is currently no limit on how many steps you wish to include in your approval flow. However, we recommend to keep your workflows to a maximum of 5 steps.

Some of my fields are grayed out after I created a new field.

Do ensure that when new fields are added, you would need to assign them in the workflow builder.

Can I configure the form so approver's signature is optional or only shown on approval?

Yes. Make the signature field optional, or use logic to show/hide it based on the Yes/No approval field.

How can respondents receive a PDF copy of the completed form?

Add an email field to the form, then enable "Respondent copy of submissions" in Settings.

If it is a workflow completion email, go to settings > email notifications and add the corresponding email field in "Step 1".
