Sorry, we couldn't find [filename]. Is it possible it was moved, renamed, or deleted?

Form admins may encounter this error when opening downloaded CSV files.

This issue is caused by a recent Excel update and is not limited to FormSG. You may face this if your form title includes square brackets [ ].

Temporary workarounds:

• Rename the file to remove [ ] before opening

• Open Excel first, then go to File > Open to access the file

My responses are not saved after using save draft!

The current implementation for save draft does not store any data on FormSG. It is only stored on your device's browser. Some organisation's policies and device/browsers may clear the local storage after a period of time.
