Are attachments scanned for viruses?

Yes we do virus scanning on submission.

Unsupported file types?

We do not support password-protected ZIP files, as the system must be able to scan all contents to confirm they meet the supported file type requirements.

How do I increase attachment size limit?

The current size limit is 20 MB for each form submission.

Because the smallest unit you can attach per attachment field is 1 MB, you can have a max of 20 attachments in storage mode. You may also created and advise your user to zip documents up and submit as one attachment.

There is no limit on the total size of attachments across all form submissions.
